Vinyl Terminated Silicone Fluid
Structural formula:
CH2=CH-Si(CH3)2O[(CH3)2SiO]n(CH3)2Si-CH=CH2
TECHNICAL INDEX
Note: The above are typical indicators, and our company can customize various viscosity end vinyl silicone oils according to customer requirements
Standard: Enterprise Standard
Performance and Application:
The double capped vinyl silicone oil produced by our company is non-toxic and odorless. The vinyl groups at both ends have strong reactivity and can react with chemical substances containing active hydrogen groups and other active groups under the action of catalysts to prepare various special performance silicon products. During the reaction process, no other low molecular weight substances are released, and the reaction deformation is small.
Widely used in:
1. Used as a base material for producing high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, mixed with crosslinking agents, reinforcing agents, coloring agents, structural control agents, anti-aging agents, etc., to prepare high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber raw rubber;
2. Used for producing liquid silicone rubber, it is the main raw material for injection molded silicone rubber; For example, it is the main raw material for high tear resistant mold adhesive and high-end electronic potting adhesive;
3. By reacting with various organic materials such as polyurethane and acrylic acid, new materials with superior performance (weather resistance, aging resistance, UV resistance, enhanced toughness, etc.) can be produced.
