【 Standard 】
GBT 20436-2006
【 Purpose 】
This product is colorless, flammable, insoluble in water, soluble in organic solvents such as benzene, with a freezing point of 0-50 ℃. Under acid-base catalysis, organosilicon polymers are synthesized for the production of silicone oil, silicone rubber, etc.
【 Precautions 】
Steam mixed with air is explosive. Fine dispersed substances are prone to form explosive mixtures in the air, accumulate static electricity, and may ignite; Avoiding potential fire hazards through grounding, parallel connection, or inert gas protection.
[Packaging, Storage, and Transportation]
1. This product is packaged in sealed 210L lined plastic iron drums or plastic drums (net weight 190kg/drum) or 1000L steel plastic square drums, or according to customer requirements and safety regulations;
2. The mixed ring of dimethyl siloxane should be fireproof, rainproof, moisture-proof, and prevent impurities such as acid and alkali from infiltrating during transportation;
3. Do not use mechanical equipment and tools that are prone to generating sparks when operating this product; Handle with care during transportation to avoid leakage of the product caused by container damage.
4. The storage temperature of dimethyl siloxane mixed ring should be between 20 ℃ and 40 ℃, and insulation and antifreeze measures should be taken when the temperature is below 17 ℃. Under standard packaging, transportation, and storage conditions, the shelf life of this product is 6 months from the date of production (is it too short). Overdue inspection is allowed, and if the inspection results meet the standard requirements, it can still be used.
